This high-spec Mizusawa Down Jacket Mountaineer has a revised silhouette for the 2023 model, for a more balanced and comfortable fit. A thermal adhesive non-quilt process combined with seam taping prevents moisture entry and provides high water resistance. In the event of rain and snow, a Para-Hood system※1 prevents pooling. The dual-zip ventilation system on the front allows outside air to enter the garment through a mesh panel placed between two rows of zips, allowing any unpleasant heat and humidity to escape. It is lined with HEAT NAVI®, a heat-retaining material that keeps the inside of the garment at a comfortable temperature. The jacket is insulated with DOWNPASS certified※2 traceable down which is strictly controlled by serial number. This model won an ISPO 2018 award※3 in the Performance Segment of the Mountain Performance Category.
